The place, in Chinatown
The windowless tiny room (around 12 square meters including bathroom). Considering the price (usd 65) it's a total rip-off. I moved after 2 nights.
Only thing dislike when arrived late at midnight, when we check in, we were given a double bed where during our booking we indicated two single beds. Reasons given on that night, all rooms are fully booked. But Hotel managed to change the room the next day. Reason we requested two single bed are we are both men as colleagues.
Friendly people, easy check in, perfect place for staying in Chinatown? I would recommend this hotel to all people
If you want to complain about something you always wil find something, even in a 5 star. So I do not want to complain about anything
Pros: +Good location right in the heart of chinatown, near to Central Market, Bukit Bintang Plaza and food street, Jalan Alor. +Small but cozy room (I got the deluxe double with windows) +Room was generally clean +Double mirror in the room means you can watch tv while in the toilet!! +Staff were very helpful and polite when I made my multiple enquires
Cons: -a bit confusing to find (the hotel has 2 entrances on 2 streets, but it's the same building) -a couple of stains on the comforter (but still clean overall) -The shower was weak (for my room) and the design of the shower area meant that the floor would be slightly wet when you bathe
Economic, safe, good quality
So accessible. Very centralised location. In front of Petaling Street and very near to shopping area. Near to LRT, very convenient .. Recommended hotel to stay..
The toilet is so small. As a muslim, we need to wash up after "emptying our bowels", there's no washing facilities.
Good affordable price for middle class stay.. Value for money. Good for those who planning for shopping at Petaling st..
Tv channel are limited.. How bout add in astro channel or singapore channel?? More variety for breakfast.. Drinks for breakfast how bout milo?
The room is clean and the staff polite.
I do not like the bathroom because the water flows all over the floor when bathing and there are no hooks to hang clothes.
I got what I paid for but the next day I upgraded and it was perfect
confusion over the new part and the old
good location, easy to eat around and shopping around, breadfast is ok too,
the wifi is not good, difficult to login in the room
the new wing of the hotel is furbished in a nice manner, right in the centre of china town with plentiful of hawkers eateries, bukit bintang close and not too far from the centre.
the old part of the hotel is really uncomfortable.
The staff made breakfast for us to go, because we had to leave early
Ground floor strange room, don't accept
bed sheets need to be changed everyday
Its in a heart of the one of busiest street aka petaling street...everything is near you so its really convenience
The room is somewhat dusty since i got sinus
near the food stall and shopping area
